I just recently bought a Honda CRV for my son and he loves it! Iliya was great in guiding us through the car buying process because I haven't bought a car in over 15 years! He is overall really nice and helped us a ton by giving us several cars to choose from. It was a quick and easy process. The only issue I really had was that the financially department was not in when i was ready to purchase the car, so I had to come back to Honda of Abington at a later time to finish my purchase.

Salesman, Ilya Yablonsky, was very attentive and answered all questions. Ilya went over all important aspects of the vehicle prior to the test drive and made sure the transition of old vehicle to new was seamless. I gave the dealership 4 stars because of the 6 hour wait. My son and I arrived at 9:15am and didn't leave until around 3:30pm.
The service rep was honest, he didn't try to over sell me on anything, and he explained everything to me.
I have used this dealership for service for more than 10 years. They are fair and reliable… words not often used when you are talking about having your car repaired…

After a break for warning appeared I had my car towed to the shop. Everyone there is really great and knows their job. My only complaint is when you call the repair shop the phone is never picked up and goes into voicemail. To me that’s very frustrating
Corey was a fantastic sales rep who was very helpful and informative. Made the experience well worth the cons of the transaction. The only con I have is a pretty big one. The F&I rep I believe his name was Alex. He was not qualified for his job. We arrived at the dealership at 3:30pm. By 5:30pm we made the deal with Corey and we were set on buying the car. We did not get to sign the paperwork and leave until 10:50pm. Five hours and twenty minutes to prepare the documents for us to sign is absolutely ...

I've always been satisfied w/the service at Honda of Abington & I am currently in my 7th Honda that was either bought or leased form the franchise.
The staff was cordial and knowledgeable about my car. The service technician called in reference to additional service needed on my car. The only issue incurred was trying to get someone on the phone to ģet an appointment for service. I finally made an appointment through the website. Thank you.
